Jyoti Yoga is an embodiment practice that incorporates intelligent season-appropriate sequences, mudras, pranayama, meditation, and sound healing practices to promote the balancing of body, mind, and spirit.
This is an online and in-person class. You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before each class. Drop-in registrations are available. Drop-in ticket sales end 1 hour before class start time. Classes are recorded and are available for 7 days after each live session.
