Early in my career, I realized how Yoga, Mindfulness, Ayurvedic Nutrition strategies, and other therapeutic modalities contributed to my success. I have bridged the worlds of Eastern and Western therapeutic practices and utilized the tools and techniques that helped me restore and replenish my body and mind.
