Healing has always been in my lineage. My grandmother and father were both physicians, and growing up, I dreamed of following in their footsteps. After immigrating to the U.S. at age 12, my understanding of healing began to shift—expanding beyond medicine into a more holistic, integrative path.
In my mid-twenties, profound personal loss became the catalyst for deep inner work. While balancing life as a corporate tech executive, I turned to yoga to process grief and reconnect with myself. What began as a personal sanctuary became a calling to help others find peace, purpose, and wholeness.
Since 2007, I’ve immersed myself in Eastern healing modalities that supported my own transformation—practices I now share through my work with others. What began as Jyoti Yoga & Healing has since expanded and evolved into the Jyoti Institute for Integrative Therapies—a reflection of my own journey and the growing need for a multidimensional approach to healing. This evolution honors the roots of my work in yoga and energy healing while embracing a wider spectrum of integrative practices that support mind, body, and spirit.
Today, I offer a deeply personalized and embodied approach to healing that includes Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Touch, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Energy Work. Rather than relying on a single modality, I meet each client where they are—creating space for individualized exploration, growth, and reconnection with self.
Healing isn’t linear—and that’s what I love about it. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as a guide and witness to their transformation. Whether you’re here to heal, to learn, or both—welcome.
