Our Heart is the seat of Love. Loves appears in many ways; self-love, romantic love, love for our friends and family, love for the world around us. At times we may feel disconnected from our Heart. Through this meditative and explorative workshop, we will work on restoring and deepening the connection to the wisdom of your Loving Heart.

- Journaling and Sharing Time
Together we will create a safe space for each of us to learn, grow and transform.
Please prepare a comfortable space to sit and to lay down. For sound healing, please have a pillow(s), blanket(s) as well as good headphone or earbuds to enhance the quality of sound output. Bring a journal and a pen for some explorative writing.

This is an online workshop. Ticket sales will end 1 hour prior to start of the workshop. Zoom link will be emailed to you using the email you provide to Eventbrite 30 minutes prior to the session.
